What to expect from Zoom! teeth whitening

First of all, our Zoom whitening expert will apply a layer of advanced whitening gel to your teeth in preparation for the whitening procedure.

To accelerate the whitening process, they will then direct the WhiteSpeed blue LED lamp onto your teeth.

This process is repeated three times during the consultation and each round takes approximately 20 minutes.

When the desired shade has been reached, post-treatment gel is then applied to the teeth to help protect enamel and reduce sensitivity.

How long does Zoom same-day whitening take?

Zoom! in-chair whitening offers outstanding results for when you walk out of the clinic. The several stage treatment takes just 90 minutes so all you have to do is sit back and relax and Zoom! will take care of the rest.

Are there any side effects to Zoom teeth whitening??

Zoom! whitening is a completely safe and pain-free treatment but occasionally clients experience slight tingling or sensitivity following the treatment. This feeling usually goes away quickly but if you are worried about your teeth being too sensitive, our expert hygienist may recommend an anti-sensitivity toothpaste in the days leading up to your whitening treatment. Furthermore, during the 90 minute treatment you will feel mild heat from the special Zoom! light but it is rare for this to present any significant discomfort.

Will Zoom whitening be right for me?

As with all cosmetic dental procedures we invite clients in for a free, no-obligation teeth whitening consultation with our resident Zoom! teeth whitening expert Nicky Pratt. Nicky will assess your teeth for treatment suitability and discuss potential whitening results. Depending on the current health of your teeth and gums, you may be advised to book a dental hygiene visit to ensure your teeth are in a suitable state prior to the whitening procedure.
